PINOCCHIO: AN ADVENTURE AT THE PUPPET SHOW
A Vision Comes to Life with Pinocchio
Erlanger, Kentucky – The vision of Dave Neal will come alive on April 23rd when the students of Grace Academy of Creative Learning perform their play, Pinocchio: An Adventure at the Puppet Show.
In the summer of 2008, Dave Neal, of Neal Productions, went on a vacation to Italy. He visited some old libraries that had some collections of old fairy tales and fables. One of stories caught his eye. "When I find something that catches my mind, I do my research and explore the vision", Dave said. The vision he began to explore was Pinocchio.
"Putting together a production like this is like putting together a puzzle", he said. "There are many pieces to the puzzle and sometimes those pieces don't fit correctly. You just have to keep working at it and working at it until the puzzle is complete."
One thing that he has enjoyed the most is watching the kids grow each year. "The kids at Grace Academy have been fantastic. This is our third year together and we have learned how to work together. They are wonderful students and I look forward to watching them grow even more in the arts".
On April 23rd, Dave's vision will finally come to life. The first show will be at Cornerstone Church of God located in Erlanger, Kentucky on April 23rd at 7:00 PM. The second and third shows are April 24th at 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. There is limited seating available so call 859-727-3469 to purchase your tickets in advance.

Neal Productions, established in August of 1994, is the dream of its founder, Dave Neal. They have been able to reach a wide range of audiences from the elderly to the smallest of toddlers. They have produced mini musicals, variety shows, dinner productions, and children's theatre. Neal Productions Children's Theatre has successfully performed with children in schools and institutions across the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area.
