As pastor of Mt. Healthy United Methodist Church I had the opportunity and the great pleasure of working with Dave Neal. Dave was a tremendous asset to us in the areas of musical and drama production. He wrote, directed and produced excellent children's plays that were performed for the congregation and community. He directed a Christmas Dinner Theater with the choir and other members of the Mt. Healthy UMC. Congregants said it was one of the best productions in Mt. Healthy's 190 year existence.

Dave has a wonderful eye for staging and making sets work well. He has a wonderful and open heart for people, children and adults which is his most outstanding characteristic.
